  • Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your ear cuffs must be unused, unaltered, and nestled safely in their original custom Facet packaging.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Simply contact our concierge team at support@wearfacet.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and clear mailing instructions.
